Service Scope
- MemoSift provides local photo organization, cleanup basket, similar-photo discovery, screenshot and document candidates, account sign-in, feedback, and optional Support Development.
- Photo browsing, organization decisions, deletion confirmation, and system album results depend on iOS system photo capabilities.
- Some features require photo permission, network access, notifications, account sign-in, or Apple system services.
Account and Security
- You are responsible for keeping your Apple, WeChat, and device access secure.
- You may not use your account for illegal activity, infringement, attacks, bulk scraping, or interference with service stability.
- To protect account security, service security, or the rights of others, MemoSift may take necessary actions against abnormal behavior.
Fees and Support Development
- Current basic photo organization features are available for free; Support Development is an optional App Store in-app purchase.
- Support Development does not unlock additional features, content, subscriptions, or benefits outside the app; whether you support development does not affect current basic features.
- If paid features, subscriptions, memberships, or other paid services are introduced in the future, we will clearly disclose the price, service content, validity period, auto-renewal rules, cancellation method, and refund path before purchase or activation; we will not charge automatically without active confirmation.
Local Photo Organization
- MemoSift's photo organization and smart analysis are handled on your device by default.
- The server does not obtain original photos, thumbnails, shooting information, location, recognized text, visual features, or local photo identifiers because of account sign-in.
- If you actively submit feedback attachments, only the attachments you choose are uploaded, stored, and deleted through the feedback workflow.
Terms Updates
- We may adjust features based on product iteration, system capabilities, platform policies, or laws and regulations.
- For material changes affecting user rights, we will notify you through the app, website, or other reasonable methods; when necessary, we will obtain your confirmation again.
