Welcome to MemoSift
These Terms are entered into by you and Xianzhi (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. They describe the service scope, usage boundaries, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Service Scope
MemoSift is a local-first iPhone photo organization and cleanup tool. It provides photo library scanning, random review, category-based organization, cleanup basket, deletion confirmation, organization records, account sign-in, feedback, achievement sync, and optional Support Development features.
2. Photo Deletion Confirmation
MemoSift will not automatically delete photos without your confirmation. After you add items to the cleanup basket and confirm deletion, the app uses iOS system photo capabilities to process the deletion request. Deleted photos may enter iOS Recently Deleted, and final space release may be affected by iOS, iCloud sync, and third-party album states.
3. Account Sign-In
You may sign in with Apple or WeChat. Your account is used to sync organization achievements, recover statistics, handle feedback, view support records, and maintain account security. You are responsible for keeping your device and account status secure.
4. Fees and Support Development
MemoSift's current basic photo organization features are available for free. The in-app Support Development item is an optional App Store in-app purchase. It does not unlock additional features, content, subscriptions, or benefits outside the app. Whether you support development does not affect your use of the current basic organization features.
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, memberships, or other paid services in the future, we will clearly disclose the price, service content, validity period, auto-renewal rules, cancellation method, and refund path before you purchase or enable the service, through in-app pages, App Store purchase pages, or other reasonable methods. We will not charge you automatically without your active purchase or subscription confirmation.
5. Usage Restrictions
- You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or rights-violating activities.
- You may not bypass iOS permissions, security mechanisms, or normal service restrictions.
- You may not reverse engineer, attack, interfere with server APIs, or attempt to access unauthorized data.
6. Service Changes
We may adjust features based on product iteration, system capabilities, platform policies, or laws and regulations. We will notify you through the app, website, or other reasonable methods for material changes that affect user rights. When material changes involve these Terms or the Privacy Policy, we will obtain your confirmation again when necessary.
7. Disclaimer
MemoSift provides organization suggestions and efficiency tools, but it does not replace your final judgment. Please confirm photo content and importance before deletion. You are responsible for photo state changes caused by deletion that you actively confirm.
